Indeed. Nefarious ... and though loathe to admit it, I think most of those Cluster B types are more 'intelligent' and ambitious than most neurotypical people who are driven by empathy. While a lot of people refer to Hunger Games, 1984, or Brave New World ... I would defer to an earlier work by H.G. Wells ... where the future of humanity evolves into two species, the clever but predatory Morlocks, and the peaceful but sheeple Eloi.
