This is off-topic, but I thought I’d share:

In yesterday’s newspaper, there was a picture taken a few days ago of the new International Space Station crew that was launched from Kennedy Space Center Wednesday. There the four astronauts were, out on the tarmac (i.e., outdoors): two NASA (U.S.), one Roscosmos (Russia), and one JAXA (Japan). Guess which one was wearing a mask? Such a facepalm; they have to get past this.

I sometimes watch NHK World Japan and I've noticed during any program in an indoor setting (cookery, travel or during interviews in a studio, they have a plastic screen is placed between the participants. If they are interviewing a group there is a screen between each interviewee and the interviewer.. Yet presumably each participant including the camera crew and director etc will have entered the studio via the same door and from the same corridor and will have walked through any virus aerosols. that are have been left airborne by anyone infected.

I said to my wife when this all began if there is one country that takes years to come back from all this it will be Japan.

The govt reluctantly recognised aerosol transmission earlier this year, but it didn’t change anything. The media/propagandists did a great job of presenting masks and the rest as manners & rules, which the Japanese will follow regardless.

弱者 indeed. Though I doubt I have the same people in mind as Kishida does.

You give jabs a bad name, lol.

(That's a Bon Jovi reference, for those who didn't know)

I commented on Topol’s ridiculous comparison on Twitter. I may have to use his post as material for one of my posts.

When is this clown show going to end? Never with the clowns in charge and never with clowns heeding clown words. How can we protect the weak and elderly by making everyone weak, which is what the masks, vaccines and other silly countermeasures are doing. We will soon see the effects of a compromised immune system. Perhaps they are not clowns. Perhaps all this is intentional. Perhaps these clowns are compromised somehow in compromising positions with other compromised clowns on Clown Island.

Well-said. Making everyone weak does NOT protect those who are vulnerable to begin with. It is all pain and no gain, basically.

Here in Canada, we have a native legend about getting the greedy wendigo monsta to commit apoptosis. It's guilt free.

Wendigo Monsta? Looks like I have some homework to do.

The monsta is just a generic term, hopefully written to keep it lite.

Will read. Is there a test?

Wendingo, windingo, whitikow, or wetiko, depending on the language, is a personification of evil in the form of a cannibalistic monster. Author Paul Levy notes how it is a kind of mind-virus that he calls Malignant Egophrenia (ME).

Interesting, it seems like Japan had NO excess deaths at all (despite lots of cases, and no hard lockdown) until after the jabs were introduced.
